In compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter referred to as "The Law"), we inform you (hereinafter referred to as "The Owner") that Northware S.A. de C.V., OpenService S.A. de C.V., PlanNet Service S.A. de C.V., and Scatel S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, jointly or interchangeably referred to as "Open Group") with address at Regio Avenida No. 109, Colonia Regio Parque Industrial, C. P. 66633, Apodaca, Nuevo León, are responsible for collecting your personal data, the use given to it, and its protection; always in compliance with what is established in The Law and under the principles of lawfulness, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility.

Collected Personal Data

The personal data of The Owner collected by Open Group includes: full name, unique population registry key, date of birth, address(es), marital status, email address(es), telephone number(s), tax information, professional and academic background, work experience, skills, abilities, capabilities, photograph, information about their economic dependents, interests and job and economic expectations, as well as personal and employment references. In the event that Open Group requests sensitive personal data from The Owner, written authorization must be given through handwritten signature, electronic signature, or another authentication mechanism.

Data Sources

Personal data may be requested by Open Group directly from The Owner through printed media, internet portals, emails, phone calls, personal interviews, among other lawful sources. Once Open Group communicates this Privacy Notice to The Owner, their tacit consent is granted by providing their personal data.

Processing of Personal Data

The processing of collected personal data is intended to:

A) Analyze and, if applicable, provide or acquire services and/or products offered or requested by Open Group to The Owner and vice versa.
B) Promotion of job offers from Open Group or third parties to The Owner.
C) Promotion of independent professional services from The Owner to Open Group or third parties.
D) Communicate topics of interest from Open Group, with the understanding that they are useful to The Owner.
E) Formation and Analysis of Statistics within Open Group.

Protection of Personal Data

Open Group maintains administrative, technical, and physical security measures that allow the protection of The Owner's personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing.

Use of Electronic Media

In the event that The Owner uses Open Group's systems, websites, or internet portals, they may collect data from The Owner such as browser type, operating system, visited web pages, IP address, etc., through "cookies" or "web beacons," among others. Open Group's systems, websites, or internet portals may contain links to external sites, for which the content and privacy policies are not the responsibility of Open Group. Therefore, The Owner may be subject to the privacy policies of those other sites, without any liability on the part of Open Group.

Transfer of Personal

Data Open Group does not transfer, disclose, distribute, or commercialize The Owner's personal data without their consent to third parties other than affiliates operating under the same internal processes and policies and/or that have a contract executed or to be executed in the interest of The Owner, Open Group, and a third party.

ARCO Rights and Revocation of Consent by The Owner

The Owner has the right at all times to access, rectify, cancel their personal data, as well as object to the processing thereof or revoke the consent given to Grupo Open for this purpose.
